Who can I refer?
All patients over the age of 18 years with an impairment or disability. Patients can be referred for an opinion, complex management or to enrol the patient in an inpatient or outpatient Rehabilitation Programme.
Where should I send the referral?
All correspondence should be addressed to 243 Newcastle Street, East Maitland, NSW , 2323 or faxed to 4934 2373.
For a rapid admission to hospital (inpatient or day programme) please fax your referral for Dr Beiers directly to the hospital.

Can my patient be seen sooner?
If your patient requires to be seen sooner than their scheduled appointment please detail the reason and writing and we will make all efforts to provide an earlier review.
